Class times: Thursday 4th Period (No. 35 Seminar Room, Humanities Bldg.)

Although originally intended as a continuation of Seminars I & II, the class composition this semester has resulted in a need to reorganize the syllabus.

The course will again introduce basic concepts of linguistic analysis as these relate to the grammar of English (instead of a more in-depth examination of areas previously covered in preparation for a comparison on English and Japanese grammar during second semester).
